As we have mentioned in a recent announcement due to the high traffic generated by the growth of the community as of late, we are having some performance issues which see some delays in the processing of some Compensation Plan Commissions, transactions, and Mining Plan purchases. These delays may continue to occur over the next few weeks, but please be aware that we are planning a significant upgrade of our infrastructure in the next 2 months which will be able to handle very high traffic with ease.
Please bear in mind that due to performance issues our Support Team is overloaded with Support Tickets - it would be appreciated if you referenced the FAQ (BTC FAQ; BTCV FAQ), the Marketing Plan, and Marketing Support tabs prior to submitting your ticket.
In the meantime, we appreciate your patience and ongoing loyalty. If you need help please contact the Support Team, but please only open one Ticket per issue that you have - if you open multiple tickets for the same issue this will only delay our responses for you and other Members. We are aware of performance issues and are working to mitigate their impact as efficiently as possible for the time being.
