Melaleuca alternifolia, commonly known as Narrow-leaved Paperbark, Narrow-leaved Tea-tree, Narrow-leaved Ti-tree, or Snow-in-summer has been revered for its cleansing and regenerative properties, especially for the skin. Composed of more than ninety different compounds, melaleuca has limitless therapeutic applications.

Leaves are linear, 10–35 mm long and 1 mm wide. White flowers occur in spikes 3–5 cm long. Small woody, cup-shaped fruit are 2–3 mm in diameter.  It promotes cleansing and purity.

Melaleuca Essential Oil can be applied neat (with no dilution) when used topically.  Aplly directly on area of concern or to reflex points.  Also, diffuse, or inhale the aroma directly. Take in capsules.
