Article 1. Object The purpose of this regulation is to determine the rules to be followed to carry out stock market operations and the orderly operation of Bolcomer Bolsa de Comercio, S.A. 

 

Article 2. Surveillance power of the Central Bank of Costa Rica Bolcomer is subject to the permanent surveillance of the Central Bank of Costa Rica, in accordance with the provisions of subparagraph c) of article 400 of the Commercial Code and these Regulations. For such purposes, Bolcomer will provide all the information that is required by the Central Bank of Costa Rica directly or due to the inspections carried out in the exercise of this duty. Before the queries that Bolcomer submits to the Central Bank, it will resolve what corresponds within the scope of its surveillance competence. If the query concerns the determination of negotiable or non-negotiable assets, given that the Central Bank does not have legal competence for such determination and does not authorize the possibility of negotiating or not an asset in Bolcomer, it will limit itself to transferring the query to the bodies of the regulation and supervision of the financial market, or other government authorities, as appropriate, for them to resolve and will notify Bolcomer of the response received.
