Multicultural, mechanical engineer (1983) with a master's degree in business engineering (1990) at University Simón Bolívar USB and IESA of Caracas, marketing seminars at Oxford University in the UK from 1994-1997. I started PhD as a researcher of business history (2016) in the Ciudad de la Investigación in San José de Costa Rica, at University of Costa Rica, UCR.
My objectives aim to develop professionally, accept new challenges, support others in their development, improve the organizations with which I collaborate, promote innovation and business skills as a path to development in LATAM and the Caribbean.
My purpose is to enlighten, raise awareness about sustainability, financial culture, entrepreneurship, well-being and abundance of people around the world, who decide to travel and get to know the planet leaving their comfort zone and reinventing themselves to maintain or achieve the lifestyle which they deserve.

Milestones: the first sales in oil reverse auction in LATAM in 2001 for marine fuels and lubricants “e-bunkers”, and I participated in the development team for a new integrated international trading platform for the “trader desk”, developed by Pdvsa Deltaven and Commerchamp, Intesa and Global View in 2002.
Since 1999 I combine independent consulting with professional activities in business history, tourism, real estate, insurance, management of investment portfolio and net work marketing making collaboration and co-working the basis of success in digital era that quickly approach 5G and the internet of things.
I am the founder in 2009 of the "Vilagut Wellness" Club and the "FELIZ Y SALUDABLE" blog with more than 1 MM visits in 11 years and 2,133 opinion articles. In 2014 we expanded a sales network with a presence in LATAM and Europe with new home products; and 2019 we went global to the rest of the planet with the "Vacation Club Seahorses" a mult-level marketing initiative of Frank Codina and Michael Hutchison called inCruises International, I recently published the digital book in spanish, SEAHORSES "GO PRO": induction of new member-partner in 2 steps.
