Gary Vaynerchuk shows us (in his blog) that many people want to escape their day jobs and make their own careers happen. But when it comes to the hard work of doing so they become stuck or are happy to buy unnecessary things to make them happy in the short term, taking them further away from the things they really want.
Many of us are out for the “looks” of life – to appear successful but will actually have less monetary value. Or you could make your way working hard without this and be much more well off.
You need to understand others, and be able to bring them value to be able to be successful. Look outward, not in and work so hard that you make your dreams happen. Whislt not caring what everyone thinks of you.
